Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your dog to love what you ordered. If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it.

The short version

• 30 days from delivery for a refund to your original payment method or an exchange.
• Sizing not right? Your first exchange is free. Dog sizing is tricky; we cover the swap on your first order so you can get the fit right without the risk.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and original packaging, and free of dog hair and odor.
• For pre-order items, the 30 days start the day your order is delivered, not the day you place it.
• Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to start a return or exchange

Email support@wickeddog.com with your order number and what you would like to do (refund, or the size you want instead). We respond within 1 business day.

Condition requirements

Returned items are inspected on arrival. To be eligible, apparel must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, tags attached, in original packaging, and free of dog hair and odor. Items that do not meet these conditions may be sent back to you.
