Sizing & Fit

How do I find my dog's size?

You need two numbers: chest girth (the widest part of the ribcage, just behind the front legs) and back length (base of the collar to base of the tail). Keep the tape snug but leave room to slide two fingers underneath. Between sizes? Always size up. No tape measure? Use a string, then lay it flat against a ruler. What if I order the wrong size?

Dog sizing is tricky, which is why your first exchange is free. Email support@wickeddog.com with your order number and the size you need instead.

What sizes do you carry?

Human pieces run XS to 3XL. Dog pieces run XXS to 7XL, measured and cut for real dogs from teacup to giant breed, not scaled down.

Orders & Shipping

How fast do orders ship?

In-stock orders are processed within 48 to 72 hours. U.S. delivery takes 1 to 5 business days depending on your location. Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $100; below that, rates are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the U.S. Somewhere else and want Wicked Dog anyway? Email support@wickeddog.com and we will see what we can do.

Pre-Orders

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-order items (our fall vests and full-zip sweatshirts) are charged at checkout and ship fall 2026. You will get a shipping confirmation with tracking the moment yours is on the way.

Can I return a pre-order item?

Yes. The 30-day return window starts the day your order is delivered, not the day you place it.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

30 days from delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and original packaging, and free of dog hair and odor. Full details on our Returns & Exchanges page.

How do I start a return?

Email support@wickeddog.com with your order number. We respond within 1 business day.

Product & Care

How do I wash my Wicked Dog gear?

Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Same routine for the dog's piece, which will need it more often. No judgment.
